Where is My Order?

Your order will be delivered by the expected date specified on your order. The expected delivery date is the date on or before which you can reasonably expect the item to arrive at your preferred shipping address.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order or item only before it enters the shipping phase. The option to cancel an order or item will be disabled when the shipment has entered the shipping phase

Missing Items from My Order

If you have received an incomplete product or order with missing items or quantity, please thoroughly check the delivery package for the missing item or product or part product then contact us. Our delivery system and the related team check all the items and quantities before shipment.

Why is there no warranty card for my new purchase?

During your purchase, the warranty for your purchase (if applicable) will be created automatically in our secured systems. This is the reason why we asked for your name, contact numbers, address and email at the time of payment. A separate registration is not required.
