After completing your shopping and paying the product(s) amount, we will verify that the amount is received in the company’s bank account. Once this is confirmed, the product(s) shipping procedures will start immediately to the address you have specified in the purchase order. Your should receive the product(s) at your location as soon as possible, please refer to the expected delivery date specified in the shipping information within the purchase order.
Delivery Schedule
Our Customer Service Officers will contact you after you have placed your online order, to arrange for your delivery. Delivery is typically made within 24 hour after our acceptance of your order but subject to stock availability.
However for peak season period, delivery turn-around time is subjected to the availability of our delivery schedule.
Delivery will be done during office hours. Please provide your preferred delivery address during this period.
Signature upon delivery is required for all deliveries. If no one is available to receive and acknowledge the package at time of delivery, we will arrange with you for a second delivery to be made. There will be an additional delivery charge of $30 for each subsequent re-delivery, regardless of the total value of your purchase.
* If delivery day falls on a public holiday, delivery would be next working day before 6pm.
